How great is Xavi the mentor?

Lionel Messi may have been a divine being at the Nou Camp, however Xavi was the protector of the confidence, consistently the most vocal backer of the Barcelona way. Indeed, even as a player, he upheld the excellencies of the passing game, the belonging football sharpened under Pep Guardiola.

Everybody in Barcelona knows how Xavi sees the game. Less fans know about what a Xavi group really resembles - yet for the beyond two years, he has been responsible for Al Sadd in Qatar. Strip away the feeling and the opinion and who is Xavi, the mentor?

Address the people who have concentrated on his groups nearer than any other person and it appears to be the 41-year-old Catalan has invested his energy rehearsing unequivocally what he has since quite a while ago lectured.

Bjarki Mar Olafsson knows Xavi's techniques better than most. He is head of exploring and match investigation for Al Arabi in the Qatar Stars League. In December, Xavi's side barely crushed Al Arabi in the last of the Emir of Qatar Cup. Olafsson did the examination.

"I have been here breaking down and analyzing Al Sadd since the time he dominated," he tells ."I have placed a ton of hours into watching his groups and his playing style.

"Just to follow his methodology from when he began to where he is currently has been truly intriguing in light of the fact that individuals don't actually understand the work that he has been doing at Al Sadd.

"I think it is a significant improvement to simply discuss Barcelona and that tiki-taka football since what he is doing is very imaginative and truly invigorating as far as his style of play."
