Edge Calls AEW Stars For Help After Seth Rollins Segment On WWE SmackDown
WWE Hall of Famer Edge referred to AEW stars Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, also known as FTR, during a behind the stage section on the current week's SmackDown.
After Seth Rollins attacked his home, a rushed Edge could be seen calling his significant other Beth Phoenix and requesting that she go to her sister's place. Edge said he had looked for help from "Daniel and David" who were on the way to their home to manage Rollins. This was a reference to FTR; David is the genuine first name of Harwood and Daniel is Wheeler.
FTR and Edge are companions, in actuality, and dwell in a similar area in Asheville, NC.
Last year, Edge uncovered that FTR assisted him with returning to shape in front of his in-ring return.
"The Revival, the two of them live in Asheville, so they'd come and they'd get in there with me, and they'd put me through some serious hardship," Edge said [H/T Cultaholic]. "I would not like to return and be anything short of what I was. I must work in an unexpected way. I will have various restrictions… I actually need to have the option to go in there and have the option to go 30 minutes."
Both Wheeler and Harwood took to Twitter to affirm that Edge was alluding to them.
Harwood tweeted:
'' I'll go around there the present moment and beat his little bitchass. ''
Wheeler re-tweeted Harwood's post with a GIF of FTR's presentation entrance in AEW.
As noted before, Edge was drafted to RAW in the second round of the WWE Draft. Meanwhile, he is relied upon to confront Rollins indeed, undoubtedly at the forthcoming Crown Jewel pay-per-see.
