Brus runs for three TDs and the Glendora safeguard gets a shutout 

POMONA – Glendora High School senior running back Braydon Brus ran for a game-high 122 yards and three scores, as the undefeated Tartans crushed host Diamond Ranch, 35-0, Friday night in a nonleague game.

Plaid junior wide beneficiary Trey Byrd got a 19-yard score pass and scored on a punt return. 

Precious stone Ranch (1-5) was driven by junior quarterback James Sanchez (6 for 13, 2 Int.) with 47 yards passing, senior running back Travon Smith got four passes for 26 yards. 

After a sluggish beginning for each group in the initial quarter, Glendora took a 7-0 lead with 1:30 left, on a short run up the center by Brus. 

"(Brus) has such a great deal better on the most proficient method to cut," said Rohrer of Brus' running capacity. "His one since a long time ago run he cut way back and twisted it and got upward beautiful fast."
